Location was excellent. Free luggage storage was a plus. Late check-in was a key factor in our choice. Since there are no staff, please tell guests that the keypad is inside the vestibule and the outer door requires a hard push to open. When we arrived around midnight we almost called the emergency number, thinking that outer door was locked when it wouldn't open with a normal strength push.

Easy access to historic sites, Parks (Montmorency & Marais du Nord), transit, shops and great food. We believe in letting the hotel know about issues that could affect the next guests experience. This included resolving lights not working, an street light on Hebert that was intermittent and an air dryer (no "h" as it did not actually heat the air ;-) ). Some things are within their arena to fix and ensure an awesome experience for the next guest. The convenience to historic sites, walkability, shopping, safe and quiet section of Quebec City make this a "highly recommend" option for travellers on a budget.

Wonderful location, in the middle of the old town, walking distance to all touristic points. The mattress could be renewed and some minor maintenance in the room. But the overall was very nice.

Decent for the price and location. Small room, nothing fancy and no change of towels. We really only slept here and didn’t spend much time in the room. Location close to downtown and easy to find public parking nearby.

Smooth, automated check in and out process. Super close to the old town destination and very easy to walk to. If you have a car, you have to be creative with parking options, but you'll get great exercise walking up the hill to the hotel ☺️

Easy access to complex and room. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Great location off of the busy tourist area but still walkable. We took a tour bus to hike at Jacque Cartier National park and the pick up and drop off location were easy to walk to. We had room 101 which was in the front and had a harbor view. Would have liked a small microwave in the room but there was a communal one.

Very good location

The stay at the hotel went well, the place is clean, great location close to the City Centre. Not sure I like the idea of no staff but it certainly brings the price down. The code system worked ok for us.

Great little gem only steps from some of Québec City's main attractions and restaurants. I love the self-check-in. The rooms are lovely, clean, and set in an old building that has been modernized. Be warned, stairs are required, and it's up a pretty substantial hill from the train station (despite what Google says). But would absolutely stay again!

The location is fun with a canon out front. It is an easy walk to food and historic sites. I had an issue with hot water the first day and they fixed it quickly. The lack of staff on the site was not a problem for check-in and I doubt it made any difference concerning the hot water. I would stay here again. Quieter than being on a main shopping street.
