"Stayed in room 109 very clean very quiet comfy bed and curtains close to total darkness. Excellent value for money. Double check breakfast times as myself and two other couples all thought it finished at 10am. I had no cutlery and approached a female staff member who refused to acknowledge me?? I persisted with my enquiry still no response when another staff member intervened and helped me. The other one turned her back on me and very sarcastically said out loud ‘ she’ll get it for you now Sirrrrrrrrr’. Sorry but this uncalled for? I have no idea why this played out in this way? My stay was in the night of 19/3/26 and I arrived at breakfast at 9.15am if you want to follow this up?"

"This is a top hotel in every regard. It is so refreshing to have the space and luxury compared to a lot of 5 star places which can be bright and shiny but smaller rooms and not as "opulent" as the Hyatt Canberra feels. This was a treat and I travel every week so if in Canberra.....DO IT!"

"Quiet & clean rooms Responsive reception staff No reply if messaged via Expedia messaging Unsecured Carpark that is shared with the shopping center, lifts swapping needed. Car got vandalised in the CP but they were helpful by reimbursing the parking cost. Its a good place to stay but i won't recommend it if you are worried about your car being parked in public parking "

"The location is good, reception greetings for checking inare professional, the Parking lot space is good. However! The room is full of, thousands of grants! Celling corner! bathroom! Everywhere! I bring my 2months baby cannot stay here how you can imagine? Terrible experience at night! Nightmare for baby! for family! Never recommend it and terrible cleaness! Besides, the shower is leaking! Grants clamb from the plumbing hole! very terrible!"

"For the cost it was great value for money. It is a budget accommodation, was very clean, bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Conveniently located to the city center. I would stay there again "
