"My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Roncolo! The hotel is new and beautiful, everything is clean and stylish. The hotel, pool, and restaurant sit on a large area of secluded land so you feel very removed and peaceful even though you’re only a few minutes from the nearest town. The staff were amazing, very friendly and attentive. They offer free wine tastings of their cellar and balsamic tastings. The restaurant was great, delicious tasting menu. "Don’t be fooled! The hotel is behind what looks like a derelict industrial building so far from prepossessing. BUT it is a really good hotel when you get round to it - good parking, clean, helpful staff etc etc"

"Hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Parkplatz im Hof, vorherige Kontaktaufnahme per WhatsApp, damit sichergestellt werden konnte, dass ein Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption ist. Zimmer geräumig. Im Hof eine kleine Sitzecke, um die Sonne zu genießen. Wir haben das Frühstück nicht genutzt, daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Bei Abreise haben wir einen Kaffee erhalten, sehr nett - danke!"

"Das Hotel ist in einem gutem Zustand, die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Kaffee und Tee stand zur Verfügung. Einen Flaschenöffner gab es nicht auf dem Zimmer und auf Nachfrage sowohl an der Rezeption als auch in der Bar, war es nicht möglich einen Flaschenöffner zu bekommen (was ich als sehr enttäuschend empfand). Der Spa Bereich ist Aufpreispflichtig, was nirgends in der Beschreibung stand. Was ich ebenfalls als enttäuschend empfand....

"Appartamento pulito e confertevole, accoglienza ottima, disponibilità massima, malgrado il freddo e la presenza di una festa dei ragazzi che festeggiavano l'anno nuovo in grande numero, hanno fatto di tutto per crearci meno fastidio e rumore possibile, ci tenevano molto al conforto dei clienti. Colazione ottima e molto varia. Letto comodissimo. Ci torneremo...... Consigliatissimo. "

"Very comfortable bed, clean room and renovated bathroom. Good breakfast with several choices from meat, eggs, cheese, pastries, cereals and yogurt. The carpet in the halls could be replaced and the staff could be friendly and greet their guests as they come and go to make them feel more welcome. Otherwise nice stay."
