"A estrutura do hotel é boa, porém deixa a desejar em diversos aspectos. Nota-se falta de funcionários e de manutenção adequada.
A área da piscina, por exemplo, estava com os azulejos extremamente sujos, a piscina sem limpeza (sem aspirar) e com a água turva. Ontem, na piscina interna, os próprios hóspedes tiveram que procurar onde acender a luz, pois já estava escuro por volta das 18h, sendo que a piscina funciona até às 20h. A sauna úmida estava fechada.
