"Spacious apartment suitable for a longer stay. Negative points: there is no visible staff in the hotel. Communication about how to enter the hotel and room was sent from an email I did not recognize that invited to click on a link. No communication through the Hotels app. I was never given a transport card (in Geneva hotel guests get free public transportation ) adding extra cost to my stay. E-mails remained unanswered. The room was never cleaned during my stay. "

"It was a comfortable, cozy and clean. All amenities provided were good except for hair dryer which was not part of it. It will be good if this is provided. As for the contact point, Sofia who I was in touch with prior to departure to Geneva was very supportive and helpful also June who was my contact point during and after check in. Thanks to them.
