"Well let me start by saying that I would never ever think about staying there again!! This hotel is severely outdated the carpet is absolutely filthy from the lift to your room. The beds were like sleeping on rocks!! The breakfast was if you are non Asian terrible, I we to get a cup of tea and the milk had skin on the top!!! We asked for a non smoking room the chair and table had cigarette burns on them and when we went to go down the lift there was an ashtray beside it with cigarettes in it. I...

"We spent 3 nights at the lakehouse and it was a lovely property. The staff went out of their way to help us when our tour (the reason we travelled to Phong Nha) was cancelled at the last minute.
