"Exactly what we needed"

"Very clean, great staff and walkable to everything!!!"

"There was only 1 elevator working, we had to change rooms due the ceiling leaking, you should give complementary breakfast to guest staying. Instead you pay for everything. Not even a microwave in a room. So you have to go down 1 working elevator to heat food. The only nice friend staff were the servers. The first room we were in the floor didn’t have an ice maker so we had to go to a different floor. Then the second room we were moved to was decent. But you could see all the mold build up on...

"The room was clean and well appointed. My only complaint is that someone entered my room to clean while I was out even though I had the do not disturb sign on the door. Super convenient to the arena next door and plenty of food options within walking distance. There is a lot of road construction all around the hotel but it wasn’t too difficult to navigate around. They apparently charge a parking fee that wasn’t disclosed but I wasn’t charged at the end?"

"The check in lady was absolutely rude. I had already booked and paid online else I would have went to a different hotel. Bathrooms didn't have a switch for the fan. No microwaves. It was an overnight trip so didn't get to eat at the restaurants. Floor attendants never came up to us."

"The door to my room was warped and hard to close but a note was made by the clerk to have it fixed. My stay and breakfast was very good. It was quiet and comfortable and not expensive."

"The problem was not with the hotel, but with Expedia and hotel communication. The hotel indicated they did not have a record that I reserved two rooms with Expedia, despite the confirmation from Expedia that I did. They noted it was Expedia's fault and I would need to figure out with them."

"We reserved a tub. We did not get a tub. The pool is in the middle of a parking lot. Speaking of parking…There was none you have to go across the street. The Manager “A” was so incredibly rude. And if you’re allergic to down, good luck getting pillows…they actually put pillowcases on throw cushions and wondered why we were not happy with that! Overall, this just wasn’t a Hyatt experience"

"As soon as you walk in and walk through the hallways all you can smell is disinfectant spray masking a musty bad smell. Walls are paper thin, breakfast was sad and rooms were kept hot until you adjusted the AC which would take forever to get to a comfortable temperature."

"Wasn’t sure what to expect but this place was great. Very clean, comfortable beds, and nice employees. I would stay here again for sure."
