"Men’s Bathroom in common area was disgusting dirty with no toilet paper seat on toilet falling off. Room wasn’t ready that we had picked . Don’t receive so called hot cookies. Bathroom shower in room was disgusting and shower head was pathetic. Just not a good experience."

"I did have someone else's hair in my shower, so that was a bit icky.
I will say the young, blonde receptionist who checked me in late at night and also checked me out at 5am was a SUPERB employee. Always smiling and even walked me to my room late at night when my key wasn't working :)"
