We arrived in the middle of the night and the staff was attentive, helpful and responsive to us as of it were the middle of the day. They even offered and provided bag meals for our early departure to Machu Picchu. I would stay here again and I would highly recommend this hotel to others. "

The hotel is in a great location. We loved staying here. They also give you lots of pillows for the bed, which we loved and have heating! "Gluten free bread on the breakfast spread people - game over this wins! Ambiance, cleanliness, day of massage arrangements, cozy hot water bottle to warm the bed when we arrived so late after some travel hiccups. Had a balcony room and it was a lovely spot to sit. Doors not soundproof, and sound carries floor to floor up the central stairs. If the hotel calls a taxi, they come right up, but if your taxi drops you off you might get dropped a block or two away due to narrow/one way/not...

"Loved Casa San Blas. The staff were excellent, very attentive to our needs. Packed us breakfast when we left early, stored our luggage while we were away on a trek, arranged a taxi for going to the airport and even provided us with hot water bottles at bedtime. The hotel was clean, had breakfast included, filtered water to drink and in a great location. Close to the main plaza. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Cusco. "
