Great property! Fantastic location on a quiet street, but close to all Cusco's attractions. Super clean and charming decor. Staff super friendly and very helpful. Definitely I would recommend this pla e to my friends and family.

Giovanni was an excellent host. He asked if we wanted suggestions for dinner, made reservations for us and walked us to the corner. He showed us how to use the heater and which faucet was hot and cold. He gave us a map and marked key locations.

The X.O Art House was a fabulous stay in Cusco. The staff was more accommodating than we could have ever expected. While they provide breakfast every morning, my wife and I had plans every morning before breakfast started but the staff at X.O went above and beyond to have a sack lunch prepared for us every morning. Also, they organized everything for us to get our COVID tests so we can return home. The X.O Art House was a HUGE contributing factor in what made our trip to Cusco so special, and I’m recommending them to all my friends that plan to travel there.

Amazing!! The hotel is brand new, the decoration is unique, a real boutique hotel, well located, rooms are very spacious and comfortable, I loved my stay there! 100% recommended!
