I had to call down to have them come up and fix things. The worst though was a shower that didn't work. The facilities are very nice; the staff is excellent; the porters/bell boys are helpful without pushing; it is the shortest travel time I've had getting back to the airport; looking very forward to my return to Paragon next week!
