"The bathroom bath tub would not drain properly. When taking showers the water would come your ankles even after assuring that the stopper was properly set."

Front desk is busy all the time on their phones and have no idea about restaurants available. We checked out a day earlier and moved to another hotel. My recommendation - donot ever consider it."

She was so incredibly helpful and kind. We would have left if it wasn't for her.
