"Lovely boutique hotel on the river. The staff were friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had everything we needed. They even made us takeaway coffees for our sunrise tour of Angkor Wat. The location is excellent and we also enjoyed using the pool when we got back from our excursions. The only thing to mention is that I think we were given clean towels daily despite hanging our towels up which is not great for the environment."

"We loved every moment at the hotel! - Staff are all super friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Lisa, Mick And Shalley for making our stay wonderful—will didn’t want to leave. Shout out to Mick for taking the extra steps in setting up a room for me at 11pm. He didn’t know that it was a job interview—he only knew that I had a video call to take. I was hired! - Food options were great and if not on the menu, they were able to accommodate. - Room was spacious and pool was perfect way to end a hot day. - Perfect location near Pub Street, Night Markets and other attractions nearby. Overall, having travelled to over 85 countries, this hotel is one of top 5 on my list!"

"I have to say from the minute we got to the hotel to when we left I really couldn't fault Metta at all, they were incredible. We checked in on May 25th and stayed till the 29th, we caught a sleeper bus so we got there really early like around 5:30am and our plan was just to drop off the bags, do a quick change and then head off to explore siem reap. But soon after William (Manager) came in and found out about our early check in and said that he can get our room ready in the next hour (this was at like 7am) and even better he told us to go have breakfast and the restaurant (technially we hadn't paid for that day). We told them we were fine with getting the room like we should around 2pm but they insisted they would do their best to get out room ready and to have breakfast on them! I couldn't believe how generous and great the staff were. We stayed there 4 days and we loved every minute of it. The room was great, the hospitality was amazing, the food was incredible, there was even a happy hour by the pool in the evenings where the staff would chat and get to know the guests. We loved every bit of it, they accomodated all our needs and if you were planning to book a place this would be it. You won't regret it, I will recommend this place to anyone who decides to stay in Siem Reap. A hidden gem in my eyes, a beautiful hotel with beautiful people, thank you for making our stay as incredible as it was."

"Me and my wife recently stayed at this hotel and also my brother and we were genuinely impressed by the level of customer service throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. Every interaction felt sincere, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. What stood out most was the hotel’s attention to detail. From the spotless room, perfectly prepared amenities to the thoughtful little touches that made the experience feel personal, everything was handled with care and precision. It’s rare to find a place where every aspect of the stay feels so well considered. Honestly, there was nothing to complain about. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and seamless stay."

"Amazing place to stay while in Cambodia. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even made us an early breakfast before the restaurant was open prior to her flight. Absolutely great place to stay and I highly recommended it."
