"A beautifully furnished and comfortable studio apartment very centrally located in Earls Court . The apartment was clean, the bed very comfortable and it had a washing machine, microwave, tv and fridge - everything you would need for a short London stay. Unfortunately we arrived in a heat wave and there was little to NO ventilation in the flat and only a fan that could not cool the place. Also we found the check in communication very cumbersome and not particularly clear. It can definitely be...

"Check in process was very easy! Unit was clean. Location was okay. Unfortunately, my unit was right next to the street and the construction crew started at 7am each morning. You can hear the train as well. "

"Great place to stay in Central London - spacious and light, comfortable beds and easy to access. Our only issue was that we were there in the May 2026 ‘heatwave’ and it really was hot. A couple of pedestal fans would go a long way to helping with this at night. Luckily we were able to open all the windows and let some cooler air in eventually. Quite a noisy spot with all the 5am rubbish collections but earplugs were provided and we quite enjoyed hearing the city wake up around us."

"Thank you for amazing communication from start to finish to check that everything was OK, it really made the difference to our stay. The apartment was quiet and private, yet so central and convenient to get to everywhere we wanted. We had such a pleasant stay!"

"We had a lovely stay at Hausd in Soho. The room was a real highlight — beautifully designed, very cozy, and exceptionally clean.
The location in Chinatown is a major advantage. Despite being in such a lively area, the room was very quiet.
We also want to highlight the excellent service: the Hausd team was always available and very responsive. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and communication throughout the stay was clear and efficient.
Overall, it’s a perfect combination...

"Great aircon. New and convenient. Couple of minutes walk from Tottenham Court Station. Right at the busy shopping streets. Had a great sleep in the pod. Gripes are there should install a basket type of rack in the showers so that we can put our stuff in it, and perhaps provide slippers too. Overall, still highly recommended to stay."
"We really loved this place. Being a combination hotel and condo/work space rental it had a neighborhood feel, lots of room downstairs to hang outside your room, and was in a more low key area of town. The room was quite simple and felt like it could still use a few touches - like a chair or desk, and bedside table that were bigger than a place to put a cell phone, but it was clean and comfortable. We used the pool and steam room, and spent time by the riverside patio or other hidden areas that provide space to work or have a bite to eat. It felt safe and welcoming - in an area that is seeing a revival. If you go- spend time exploring the place and the local areas. Would be fantastic spot for a working trip."
"the hotel room was really clean and comfortable, it was only a couple minutes walk from kings cross st pancras station which made it very convenient. the air conditioning was lovely in the heat. I paid a little bit extra for a window but the view was less than pleasing out the back of the property looking at the back of dilapidated building, but it would be fine to book a room without a window as they're nice enough as is. my main complaint would be the towels in the room were shedding like crazy so i and the floor was covered in white fluff"
"The LOCATION was excellent, right by the River Walk, boats, The Eye and restaurants. Easy walking to Westminster Abbey and nice shopping. A cab could be called by the hotel outside the door. The bed was comfortable, our view was good and the separate living room was nice. For women, the light in the bathroom was not good. The buffet breakfast was good, but pricey. The dinner was just okay."
"After I confirmed room with insurance, Expedia provided my booking that said room was non-refundable. I also noted that there were no windows in this room.
It turned out to be a basement room.
I wasn’t in the room very much.
London hit record breaking heat, so being in the basement was cooler than above ground.
Disappointed that Expedia’s fine print was not apparent before purchase."
"Great location and friendly staff. The lack of air conditioning during hot summer days does make this a very uncomfortable experience. However, the location, staff and excellent breakfast does complement the experience."
"I requested a quiet room and was put on the first floor at the front of the property so it was very noisy from the traffic. We had to sleep with the window open because there was no air conditioning in the room and it was a hot weekend. Good location but probably wouldn’t stay there again because of the noise and no air conditioning."
