Only let downs were; paper thin walls so could hear quiet conversations in the adjacent rooms, and a noisy shower (neighbour showered at 1am!). it was a heatwave; room fans were provided but it would have been good to fully ventilate the rooms. However the room we were in (an upgraded room) was over the kitchen and every morning at 7am something started up and all we could hear was the hum of it which is annoying when you would like a lie in. Unfortunately after a busy weekend & arriving Monday and few items on the menu were not available, however what we had was fresh, tasty & served hot. The rooms were clean & nice big fluffy towels. "The hotel was set in a beautiful garden with the beach and sea below. The view was beautiful from our room and you could hear the sea when in bed, it was so calming. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and friendly, The food was very tasty and well presented. The garden was very relaxing with sun loungers after a day on the beach."

"I was worried about noise levels - it being on the site of a pub during the World Cup but was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. V convenient parking and location. V clean and well appointed accommodation. Our second stay here and we’ll come again."
