"It’s a very nice boutique hotel, near center of ubud , but you need r transport as the hotel has limited shuttle, service and staff were excellent , but being small ,, there are shortfalls , bress as kfast is lacking in quantity and choice , no tv , no slippers , bathrobes , etc "
"The staffs were just amazing. Everyone there would go out of their way to make your stay memorable. The pictures that you see on the website is exactly what you will see when you get there. The food at the restaurant was very good, love their breakfast. We had seafood and it was delicious. Overall we enjoyed it very much. Will definitely come back with family next time. "We stayed at the Kayon resort when we first arrived in Bali. The staff was amazing and very attentive. Our room was lovely and the view on the jungle was great. Breakfast is also amazing, one of the best breakfast we had in a hotel before. They have a shuttle avalaible to the centre of Ubud which is helpful. Overall would love to come back again."
"The room was very small and suffocated with not adequate airflow. The actual property did not look like the picture at all. This is a false advertising and it is a shame that hotels.com allow this. Very outdated place. The room smelled unfresh and was not cool even with aircon. The price in hotels.com was actually way higher and no refund."
