"The cleaning lady was nice. The property pictured in the ads has nothing to do with the crude reality. We expect it a newer construction nicely kept but we found a decrepit old building, the tiles in the common areas uneven, the pool edges have never been brushed. The sea view from the second bedroom was obstructed with construction next door, the glass on the “balcony” was filthy…it’s a shame that you do business with such a horrible place."

"El lugar lo hemos visitado de vez en cuando desde hace años, el personal una chulada siempre, solo las instalaciones algo maltratadas, y la alberca no estaba limpia y no fue un problema para mí porque yo voy más que nada para estar cerca del mar, pero para mis hermanos más chicos querían estar en la alberca y tenía algo de suciedad en las orillas, el agua se veía sucia. Las habitaciones muy cómodas en general muy práctico todo."

"Sugiero que se este más al pendiente de las reservaciones en línea para que la espera en el check-in sea menos; la verdad es que no me agrado mucho que a nuestra llegada la habitación no estuviera lista y que por ello nos hayan dado otra habitación, entiendo que hayan tenido contratiempos pero creo que fueron bastantes en nuestra estancia, ya que también tuvimos escases de agua por no decir nula. "Our receptionist was awesome made our check in super fast and made us feel right at home. Also answered all of our questions super friendly and professional. This is my 3rd time coming back to las hadas. All of the employees are super nice and willing to help. Food was amazing tacos bar, los delfines fod was so delicious. "
