"Great place for a quick trip"

"It's a decent resort overall if you have to include children, but it's a little aged, pretty overpriced for what you get, and can get crowded if you don't buy the Elite service for the less crowded pool access. One day, our room was restocked with water (good), but they forgot to make the beds and replace the towels which were all in a wet pile on the bathroom floor and were gross to reuse (bad) after trying to minimize the amount of environmental impact of daily washing and having no clean...

"Beautiful hotel! Rooms were clean, food was great, staff were friendly and attentive. Richard from sky bar was very attentive and experienced with the drinks. Alfonso, our concierge, was also very helpful and informative, he helped us book a last minute excursion to Xoximilco with a private shuttle instead of the tour bus, which also took a lot less time to arrive to the destination for around the same price. Overall, would love to come back to this hotel if we ever go again without our kids."
