"The property is beautiful. The staff amazing. Food was delicious. Our issues with this stay were all our room. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Hard as a rock! If you have a bad back like I do, be warned. Our room fridge was never stocked the whole week we were there and when we tried to order items by room service, they never showed up. We travel to Mexico so twice a year. All though this was a nice trip, this particular resort will not make the repeat visit list."

"Primera vez en Cancún y fue por mucho una experiencia gratificante. Todo el personal del Hyatt vivid grand island fueron muy atentos y muy cordiales. Una mención especial a Joss (José García) quien me asistió desde el primer día en el buffet, Eduardo en Dalia nos atendió de una manera increíble. El somelier Pablo nos dio un excelente taller donde pude probar 2 excelentes vinos de México. Todas las instalaciones muy modernas, sin duda está en mis planes volver. Una semana no fue suficiente....

"This resort was beautiful, very clean, the food was amazing -the daily fresh taco stand during lunch was a huge highlight. All of the staff were very helpful welcoming and so kind. We loved the restaurants and variety of options available, room service was quick and our rooms were always clean and maintained sometimes even twice a day. I will mention most people ate dinner around 7pm so depending on which restaurant you choose you could wait 30+ minutes for a table because they don’t do...
