"Superbe endroit avec paysage magnifique sur la mer. Tout le personnel du resort est très chaleureux. Alberto de l'équipe Entertainment a été particulièrement gentil avec nous et Lili au World Café nous a donné un service impeccable tous les jours. Il y a plusieurs piscines selon si vous voulez plus ou moins d'action autour de vous et une section jeux d'eau pour les enfants très bien pour les familles. Je recommande ce resort sans hésitation!"

"The Good:The resort and rooms are absolutely stunning with a true 5-star aesthetic. The property is visually beautiful and well-maintained.
The Not-So-Good:
Kid-Friendliness: A huge miss for parents. Pool service (food/drinks) doesn’t start until 11:00 AM. We were there by 9:00 AM, and by the time food arrived, the kids were hangry. Even towels and water are DIY until 11:00 AM.
Dining: Food quality was "meh" at best. On the all-inclusive plan, drinks were watered down, though tipping...

"The resort overall was very clean and everyone was kind and welcoming. Pools were clean and the food was pretty good as well. Only complaint was service in the morning it was hard to flag a waiter down for some water or a drink - other than that we were very pleased with our stay at Villa del Palmar"

"The room was old and out date. The tub was to high to get in and out of the shower. The mini fridge wasn't working. As soon as i arrived the drinks were hot , i called the from desk they said they would go check it never did. I called them ever day to tell them it still dont work. The last day i was there , they went and fix it.. bad service the food wasn't good . You had to make reservation to each restaurant, you cant just walk in. I would not stay at that hotel.."
