Hotel Riu Plaza Panama
Beautiful hotel in business district and quite close ($25 transfer fare for 2 people) to cruise ship terminal. Large restaurant with many options for included breakfast. Beautiful pool area. Not overly conducive to walking around (in nature) as it is a busy area with a lot of traffic.
