"From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by Francesca. The apartment was spotless and tastefully furnished, with everything we needed. "Amazing place! Very clean, great location: center of Canneto, right across from the beach (crystal clear water), and 10 min drive to the center of Lipari. The proprietor, Nicola is a very kind and generous person. He helped us with great suggestions, reservations for restaurants and excursions. "It pains me to give this hotel a poor-to-average review because we liked Paolo, our host, very much. He was very helpful and provided excellent communication. However, we were awakened each morning we were there (3 days) before 7:30 am by a barking dog that was so close by that it seemed to be in the room with us. The beds were also too hard for us. If you're an early riser (or if the dog goes away) and you like firm mattresses, this is a fine hotel with a very nice swimming pool and a gracious host."
