"Had I known I will have a room without a window I would have never booked the stay. It’s not a hotel and definitely not 4 star as it states online. The place was sterile and clean but the sheets were half way stripped down when I got there and it is one of the most depressing places I have ever stayed. ..."

"The room clearly needed someone to say - hey maybe we should clean the mildew off of the bathroom faucet and the shower drain.
