"This place is a scam, no less. I’ve been booking with hotels.com for many years and I never had to experience something this terrible. It looks good and clean from the pictures online but don’t let this fool you. As soon as we got in there was awful smell. The place wasn’t clean at all, rust on the shower handles, hair everywhere in the bathroom, needless to say they didn’t clean after the last visit. The main bed was so hard I think sleeping on the floor with a blanket would have been better so...

"The reality is that the place is nothing like it looks in the photos . We arrived at 3:45 PM, as check-in was at 3 PM like everywhere else, but it wasn't available yet because they were "cleaning"—that wasn't the problem. The problem was that the place still smelled terrible, like an old, dirty mop. The place was filthy, the beds smelled of sweat, the walls were stained, the curtains were torn, the towels smelled musty—in short, very disappointing. It wasn't just the place that was bad, but also...

"If the purpose of your trip is to relax and looking for calmness THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!.. GREAT breakfast options & cocktails (BartenderGabriel was the best)! Place is spotless, staff is super friendly… coming from NYC this place was heaven. Wish there were more option for meals. Just 2 things don’t take taxi from hotel they overcharge just for being Zafi; same as the mulita better go off the property. Other than that was a awesome stayed, central to everything & walking distance … definitely will go back again!!!"

Prixma Hotel

Viajero San Andres Hostel

8/10 Good

"The staff were all SUPER NICE, welcoming and attentive! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The hotel provided the basics. There is no washer or dryer so I wash your clothes in the shower with a soap bar. The rooms had great A/C and the beds were comfortable. There was a roach on my bed on one of the nights I spent there, unfortunately, but they do clean daily. The bar was nice, they also teach Salsa up there and the convenience of having a supermarket and many restaurants was a plus. It was a good hotel experience overall ✌"
