Top Punta Cana Hotel Reviews

Hotel Riu Republica - Adults only - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

Excellence Carmen Punta Cana - Adults Only All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"Restaurant wait time to long, had to wait 1 1/2 hours one day and 1 hour another to be seated. That's not the way we want to spend our vacations. Also the hostess couldn't even give us an estimated time of wait, and not only that by she kind off seen not concerned on our feelings. We travel 2 - 4 times a year and we don't remember ever have to wait that long. On Dominican night week ending 10/17/26, we experience a very rude treatment by a waiter, we didn't catch his name but he was a tall skinny man. We understand that the restaurant closes at 9:30, but they were still picking up food and cleaning up. He basically told us we needed to leave, not only that but he told us 3 times that they were just waiting for us. This is the firs5time we have ever been treated that way and certainly don't appreciate it."

Excellence Punta Cana - Adults Only All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"I have been to many all inclusive resorts and this BY far exceeded all expectations. Immaculate, beautiful, and the most friendly staff. The food was amazing, and the service even better. The gym and games area is the best I've ever seen. Just so awesome."

Ocean El Faro Resort - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Let me start by saying I haven’t been on vacation for a few years and couldn’t wait to be at the Ocean el Faro. We purchased the Privilege package and it was the best decision we made. Jose was our personal butler and he went over and beyond. He was in constant communication with us making sure we had everything we needed. Making dinner reservations for us picking us up every night to bring us to dinner. The property is so big the golf carts rides were well appreciated. Jose even brought an extension cord for us so we can use our firestick. I highly recommend the privilege because it gave us access to other restaurants like the Lighthouse and private sitting area to eat. It was perfect for us because the less people the better imo. Jose was truly amazing."
