"The Tierra Viva Puno Plaza was an excellent hotel and I would recommend. The staff was so friendly and helpful! We arrived very early and planned to just put our belongings behind the counter while we did a day trip but they let us into our room! Also, they saw it was my birthday on my passport and delivered a surprise cake to our room! It was close to city center and we were able to watch a local festival. I would recommend!"

"Staid at this hotel while doing Peru Hop. Booked through expidia though as price was better. Hotel was in a good location lots of resturants to walk to. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean and have whats needed. There is an elevator which is nice. Breakfast was good. And they let us stay in our room a bit later as our pickup from Peru Hop was 3 hours late. "

"I had a wonderful time staying in this hotel. The stuff was delightfully friendly and helpful, always there and always smiling. The room was lovely, with a sweet little niche with a table facing the big sort-of-french window - loved that bit! All the rest was great too. The breakfast good, again with a very friendly stuff. All in all, I'll book there next time I'm in Puno for certain..."
