"Great staff. Conveniently located to the Ark attraction. Parking in front of room. Walking distance to the Ark attraction. Older motel in the process of renovation. Our room was surprisingly nicer and more comfortable than we expected from outside appearance. Really nice bed and pillows. Plenty of hot water and water pressure."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall our stay was fine. Drawbacks-The room smelt like dog urine but that is to be expected when you stay at a hotel that allows animals. Breakfast ran out fast in the mornings too."
