"The Holiday Inn ticked all the boxes, great location to transport, local restaurants. Now for the staff, room and the fantastic breakfast. The welcome from the front desk was warm and pleasant. My room on the 15th floor was amazing with a slight view of the harbour. The bed was super comfy and the linen beautifully matched. Bathroom was a good size and the shower had plenty of pressure and space. Now for the icing on the cake, was the breakfast bar and the amazing staff, that worked tirelessly...

"I hardly write review but I must say this is the Best hotel so far with reasonable charge in Singapore. So attentive to detail. Finally a hotel that doesn't put work table right under blower and freeze me all the time. Good bathroom design and water pressure, quiet and nice, polite staff, fast check in, free breakfast with so much choices and much nicer in taste/healthy than normal paid breakfast. Bed and pillow is firm, all just make my stay so comfortable vs other budget hotel! "

"This place is essentially a set that looks good in photos. No windows, deeply uncomfortable beds with a bright blue light that won't turn off. It's technically a hotel room, and it technically gives you what you pay for. I will probably make a different choice in the future. "

"During my stay at the hotel for two nights, I found the overall experience to be rather unremarkable when it comes to hospitality. I was not impressed. I didn't feel that they went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. The amenities on lounge access offered were poor and not worth to consider. It was a functional and adequate accommodation, but I left without any lasting impression or desire to return in the future."

"It was fine for me. Nothing special. No window, but that was okay for me. Strange layout. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was good enough for me. Coffee available.
