"Difficult to find the door, even with instructions, especially if you need the accessible entrance. Would help if they sent a photo of the door and a small map. Room wasn’t available 45min prior to official start of check in which is fair. Check into room was still delayed even after returning more than an hour after check in time. Relatively bare bones, no coffee or hot water service in room. Otherwise clean and serviceable 2 star hotel. "

"This was a great hotel for the price and location. It was roomy, extremely clean and the kitchenette was all we needed. It had a microwave, kettle and toaster. A selection of glasses, crockery and cutlery. It had a laundry which was a little tricky to navigate. Once you knew you had to get tokens from the vending machine it was manageable. If you don’t mind not having access to human staff, this is the place for you. It is self check on which was easy enough. We declined to pay for breakfast as it was 20Euro per person with no information about the menu. Plenty of lovely cafes on the way to places of interest. Self checkout was just a matter of dropping key cards in a box. "

"Historical site with beautiful grounds and interior spaces. Right on the lake with views of harbor and neighborhoods. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Restaurant was quite good "

"Modern hotel, on the river front with good amenities. Very light and airy. It is a 20 minute or so walk from the old town / railway station which suited me but worth bearing in mind. My room was large and spacious with a partial view of river. Very pleasant dining room, overlooking river where they serve a very good breakfast with huge choice. On top floor there is a spa, relaxing atmosphere - I booked a massage and the therapist was delightful. Reception staff were helpful and cleaning staff accommodated a special request I had. Great place for a few nights in a lovely town, plenty of nature and walking options nearby."

"I assume that this place operates in a different way in Winter and Summer because the restaurant and reception were closed during our stay and it was very unclear whether they were operating a breakfast service or not. I did not realise when I booked that the reception is (apparently) only staffed until 6pm. I emailed the hotel to say we would be later than that, but received no reply. We arrived to find the front door bolted and no sign of anyone around. Eventually I thought to look in my emails and discovered a message from them with instructions for how to get in via the lockbox. The room was lovely and had a great view. Only coffee was provided in the room, tea would have been very welcome. The room was very, very hot. We turned the heating off. We stayed for a weekend and saw no staff apart from a cleaner and a server at breakfast. We ordered Sunday breakfast in advance by email as requested, but papers in the room suggested there was no breakfast service. Then on Sunday they were doing breakfast. It was all a bit confusing. The parking is on-street unless you manage to bag one of their three spaces and the street is very popular. All in all it felt like a very hands-off operation - more like an AirBnB than a hotel."
