Location was close to multiple subway lines and Chinatown. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and lended me the charger converter immediately after I told them the problem.

Superb service from all staff. I can remember a few of the names, Chloe - check in was fast and friendly, Max - pool bar was talkative and informative, Ivan - breakfast was happy and accommodating. Quality hotel. I will definitely be recommending it to anyone.
