"The Good : 1. Check in instructions was clear. 2. Clean and good location. 3. Deposit refund was within the same day of check out. 4. 2 car parks available per apartment. The Bad : 1. The elevators are slow causing people to crowd at the elevator lobby trying to get to their rooms. Stuffy when many people making it unpleasant. 2. "Checkin process needs improvement, the mailbox was ‘empty’ when we arrived (20mins after checkin time). Had to wait another 30mins for the cleaner to bring us the keys. GF rooms have 2 AC’s that are linked to 1 compressor - they cutout in the middle of night causing as an issue as the room was too hot for the baby. Repair guy came quickly the next day and fixed it , but he told us it ‘happens all the time’, so not sure why they don’t just fix the issue properly. Presume it’s an overload as the...
