"This was the best stay we have ever had at the Finger Lakes! The Lakeview Spa room was fantastic with a beautiful view of Cayuga Lake. You even have a view of the lake from your in room spa tub. The Inn has been gorgeously renovated and is impeccably maintained while still preserving the historical elements of the property. Day or night the grounds and property are beautiful. The lighting at night is magical and their cozy fire pits are welcoming. They even provided blankets on the cool night we were there. The continental breakfast and dinner was great. The service, the staff, the chef, and owner really made our stay memorable. It’s easy to see this has to be the #1 wedding venue in the area. There are classy vibes around the property and the music being played around the Inn sets the tone of the experience you will have. Everywhere you look, you can see the attention that has been given to the place’s design. The owner thought of every detail and his Hollywood background shines. We were lucky enough to meet the owner Carl and chef Song. We spent some time by the fire learning about their backgrounds and how the Inn came to be. We heard fascinating stories and had great conversation. Be sure to visit the breathtaking waterfall and Park, which are adjacent. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend staying here while visiting the Finger Lakes and touring the local wineries. Enjoy your stay! Kelly & Charlie"

"Clean rooms, but no housekeeping for our stay. Trash wasn’t removed from room, outside bins or in the common area. No smoke detector in our room. All curtains have to be kept closed at night or everyone can see into your room. "

"We liked that our floor was quiet even with many children and families in the hotel because of the Waterpark. Riverfront works out well for us when traveling with our dog. Stayed there twice over the last 4 weeks and would come again."

"Breakfast was simple, but fresh. Staff was very helpful in checking us in and letting us know what was nut free for my son to eat. Everything was clean. "

"I've stayed a Knights Inn a few times now and its its the best value in the area. Its incredibly affordable and its always very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and I appreciate its strong wifi. The only down-side I would mention is that its location right on 104 means that it is a high traffic area with no sound protection between you and the road. It doesn't bother me but some travelers may have an issue with that."

"The room was clean and well taken care of. The halls were very bright, signs were well placed. The only complaint we had was the internet is only logged in for two hours at a time. We’d have to login in over and over throughout our three night stay. We didn’t interact with staff only though check in and out. But they were friendly at that point."

"The hotel rooms smelled like cigarette smoke although there was a no smoking policy. The room was poorly lit, complete lack of lighting and light switches were poorly placed. Bed was very hard, and pillows were outdated and lumpy. It was a place to sleep for the night but won’t stay there again."
