We stayed for 2 night in the 2-bed bedroom and it was perfect! Logan was so welcoming, he took the time to give us a tour of the property and to give suggestions of places to see and restaurants. The villa is very well maintained, we loved the breakfast (lots of options and very filling), plus we had complimentary glasses of wine and cookies for happy hour. The rooftop pool is also nice and you can borrow a book or a magazine. We will be back for sure! Thank you!

We had the best stay at Villa Lola. It's in the perfect location and the staff is truly incredible. The breakfast is so yummy and the place feels like home. Would definitely recommend it!

This is a really nice place to stay. The ambience was really stunning and the staff was super friendly. The only down sides for us were the pool is a dipping pool and there was no ventilation in our bathroom. Other than that this is a highly recommended place for couple or adult family.

Villa Lola is amazing, the staff is organized, friendly and helpful. The property itself is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. Felt like home away from home. Logan, Rosa, and Ella were outstanding in making us feel at home. The hotel is charming, spacious and very clean. All our needs were met promptly. Breakfast was made-to-order and delicious. My next trip to PV will be at Villa Lola. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

This charming, well kept B&B has a fantastic location, it is in a quiet area yet only 2-3 blocks from the beach, galleries, restaurants and bars in Zona Romantica. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the manager Logan who was in touch from the reservation time till our departure. He even arranged a doctor visit for on site covid tests on Christmas day! Muchas Gracias!

Arrive a this beautifully romantic and cozy bed and breakfast villa with the security of knowing that luxury, comfort and cleanliness will be impecable. Logan is incredibly kind and accommodating. This was such a great experience from the phone call I received the day of check in to the check out. Everything was perfect. Logan is an awesome host and answered all of our questions and made sure our appointment was booked for our covid tests. Our room was amazing, super cute and clean with everything I needed.

Get close and aim the remote at the A/C unit.
Thanks for having us. I almost lost my mind because I thought the A/C unit was throttled at a temperature roughly equal to magma. As it turns out, I just needed to get very close to the unit and aim the remote directly at it. The room cooled down to less than Minnesota cold.

This was our first and certainly not last visit to Villa Lola. Everything exceeded our expectations. Villa was lovely. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Location was perfect.

This is a B&B in a city of mega resorts. With only 7 very charming rooms, Logan took over 30 minutes to show us Villa Lola. The 2 ladies that made breakfast and cleaned the rooms were nice and we enjoyed the wonderful food and hospitality they provided.

A True Gem in Puerto Villarta!
STAY HERE!!! I can not leave an adequate review to explain how amazing this little gem was. The House is in an awesome location. Romantic Zone. A Short 2 min walk gets you to all the fun restaurants, shops, beaches and anything else you would require during your stay. The House was BEAUTIFUL. Super clean. Wonderfully decorated. You truly felt at home there (if your home is spotless!) Logan met us at the door and was easy to talk to. He gave us a small tour of the house and our room and all information we could need was provided immediately. It is a shared main area so keep that in mind. We met a lovely couple during our stay. IF you like to meet people and have a more B&B experience I couldn't recommend this place more. They made us an amazing breakfast in The level of service we received from check in to check out was un-paralleled. This place truly has everything you could need for your stay in Puerto Vallarta. Each room is well appointed and newly renovated. Every amenity was provided. The Showers had plenty of hot water. There is an awesome small deck and Plunge pool on the third floor with amazing views of the city and ocean. and each room has a sitting area/balcony of some sort. And don't forget to pet "Honey" The cutest, sweetest Golden Retriever EVER!(occasional house dog) In short. My wife and I will be returning here every time we come to PV and so should you!

This is a smaller property with only 6 rooms- it was completely full while we were there and it never felt crowded or too busy. Great spot if you want a more authentic experience. Awesome staff, great open air layout with lots of spaces to relax. We loved Palacio 199!

There was nothing we didn't love about this property! The Hacienda was exquisitely decorated and impeccably kept. The staff was top knotch and treated us well. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and what better way to wake up than coffee with a view! Concierge Logan provided wonderful suggestions for local restaurants and venues. This was the best birthday vaca I've experienced. Kyle the owner, Logan who runs the show (his follow up turn around time is on point!) and the Palacio staff are so accommodating and full of great ideas of where to go in PV. The continental breakfast always delish, the entire B & B was very clean, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with all necessities. Penny, the hostess with the mostest...beyond our expectations. Everything was as lovely as the staff. Not one complaint. This will be my go to in Zona Romantica. Love, love, love.

We were greeted by the owner who was kind, helpful and efficient. The room we had was perfect. The kitchen and other common areas were comfortable and like "home." The premises are safe and secure (security code entry). The location is perfect-just blocks away from the beach. Our experience with the people (owners, guests, and house dog) were perfect. I would go back and I would recommend staying at Palacio 199.
