Property is pretty much as advertised on the internet. However management is focused on saving money in operations. We were declined and extra towel when we asked; the plastic card key was in my back pocket and broke, we were told replacement keys were not possible, only two keys per room; rooms are to be cleaned every 7 days, we were there 8 days and room was never cleaned.

Hi Charles! Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry about all the issues you state. We offer changing towels whenever you want to you always have clean towels. At check in, we inform about our housekeeping service and that if you want the room to be cleaned, you just ask front desk to schedule one. Regarding the key, if something is damaged during your stay, the guest is responsable for any damages and has to respond. I believe this is something that every hotel has. Thank you!

I’m sorry you didn’t have a pleasant experience with us. We also hadn’t the most pleasant experience having you with us, you didn’t respect the rules, drank in the pool area, entered guests without leaving an I.D., even though we always let our guests know at the check in and tried to make us responsible. After all that, our staff always tried to be accommodating and urged you to respect the rules.

I enjoyed the property and the location. It is located in the heart of PV's gay zone. Guest policy is strict so if you plan to bring guests regularly, this place may not be for you. Otherwise, it is a pleasant place to stay.

Fantastic modern place in perfect location
Nicely kept place in great location of Zona Romantica. Easy access to beach (1 block away) and quick walk to the main downtown area. Also good restaurants around, as well as a mini market which sells many things at a decent price. The unit is clean and modern, with a full kitchen and bathroom that is sizable. Washer and dryer in unit which is a huge plus. The rooftop has a small pool that faces the ocean and we spent a lot of time there. The front desk staff Caroline is very nice and accommodating. The only down side of the place is they only provide house keeping service once a week (unless if you are willing to pay 250 pesos for additional ones ) but they are willing to exchange towels for free on request.

I did not like that they did not make the room and they did not tell us about that. When we asked them to Do it they told us they only have that service when you stay more than 7 nights but it was not mention when we book or when we checked in. The guy in the check in desk was kinda rude also when we asked for a late check out, was mad about it and he did not even talked to us when we left and said have a nice day. That guy has an atitude problem and completely ruined our day.

Great property for this area! It’s a hotel but more like a condo. My unit had a balcony with partial view. Rooms have a washer/dryer, which helps a lot. There’s a full kitchen and other bigger balcony on the other side near living area. Great layout for a couple. The rooftop pool is small but amazing view of the bay. And the prices are great as well.

Our favorite place to stay in PV. Located behind Blue Chairs, just a few blocks down a flight of stairs to the beach. Building is new and clean. AC works great and washer and drier in every suite is a huge plus.

I been to Vallarta 5 times and this condo was the best place I have started at. It was very modern and quiet and very close to the beach and other local food vendors in the area. I give it 100 and I look forward to staying there again next time I go back end October. Over all AAA

It was my third year staying at this property and I will not return again. I am not sure if something changed with the management but it was not a pleasant experience. I didn’t mind paying the “luxury” price tag when it felt boutique and they provided a seamless experience but not anymore. There are way better hotels in the area for the price you pay for 1 night here.

Beautiful accommodations. Comfortable bed. Washer and dryer in unit a bonus. Balcony for breakfast. Welcoming staff. Mini super one block away for beer, chips and guacamole. Totally walkable. Beach access very close. Would stay there again!

Really enjoyed our stay! Great spacious space. Great costumer service. Very well located.Walking distance to everything. My only cons is sadly our appartement was dark even during the day. Had to keep light open. The window and the balcony gave to a wall with no day light. Otherwise place was great

This is a beautiful property. The location is excellent: close to everything we wanted to be close to, but still nice and quiet. The suites are fabulous, and the rooftop pool & common area are fantastic. So nice to be in a small building, adults only. Everything worked well, and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great experience!

The unit was clean but the pictures shown on line are not real and very deceiving. The room is dark and without privacy. Living room and master bedroom is at full display of next condominium.Construction work right on front of the building. Artificial light needs to be used all the time in the unit. Modern kitchen but without dishwasher. You do not feel spending a second in the unit and we were staying on the top 4th floor! Very disappointing experience

We had a great time. Friendly staff, great location (you do need to walk a little steep hill for those with difficulties, but real close to beach and other great places), and a beautiful room. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was great - quiet, clean, comfortable, and everything worked properly (AC, washer/dryer, fridge). The staff were very friendly. The building also felt very secure because it required card access and a front desk person was always there. The only downside was that the mattress was a *tad too firm for our preferences, but it was more comfortable than most other places we’ve stayed in PV. We’ll likely stay here exclusively in the future. We ran into a few folks who said they only stay at this hotel too in case that’s helpful.

Awesome place to stay, receptionists were really friendly and gave us a lot of good places to visit. Location wise it's literally a block from beach area access and less than 5 min walk to Malecon area for food/shops. I would come back to this property!

The property was really clean and comfortable! I wished the pool was an actual pool, but it's more like a hot tub or wading pool. The views were great and the staff was very friendly. It's close to everything we needed and wanted to do.

A few days in PV Mexico
The property is very well set up clean new small kitchen living room nice size bedroom and a comfortable size bathroom. Located in a great location for walking to the beach and shopping and restaurants. We had one issue with the fridge raider not working. Fortunately they were able to fix it but we were unable to use for the first day. Another issue we had is that the water turned off for a few hours unexpectedly. But for those two minor setbacks we totally enjoyed our stay there.

View is really nice and property is clean. We paid for the most expensive room which had no internet. When we asked to fix it, reservations told us that it can't be fixed for a week. They also ask extra money if guests visit the room

Very friendly staff who spoke English well. Spacious room with two balcony and an ocean view. Clean modern well maintained. Pool is small but nice views from it. Very easy walk two minute to the beach.
