"We were greeted with smiles and a very helpful bellboy. Front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful. We were in need of pesos and wanted to get the best rate so one of the front desk staff thoroughly explained how to get to the nearest bank. The breakfast and service staff were so friendly and polite."

"The room was very nice and clean. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The Hotel is very beautiful, Great amenities with the beach being just 2 feet away and restaurant on site. I really love it! The only issues we had was at our initial check in at the front desk. We were told that the AC unit for the room we booked was not working and offered to put us in another hotel at another location. At that time we were not willing to go to another location."

"Family-friendly. My preschool daughter enjoyed their drop-in center. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Rooms were clean. Thank to staff for ungrading us after some miscommunication with our booking. The view from our room was very nice. The only thing is that you can't control the AC. The thermostat doesn't let you change the temp in the room so it can get warm at night in the room."
