"House was filthy beds were filthy unsafe neighborhoods had to stay elsewhere horrible experience "

"Excellent stay"

"Safe and clean"

"great location, for a fair price "

"Great place to stay the only thing is that they need to improve restaurant service."

"Amazing place!"

"There's a very complete restaurant, delicious food, and good prices. The resort is wonderful, just a few meters from the beach. The experience is very good. The only thing I didn't like is that there's no hot water in the apartment's bathroom showers."

"Loved my stay!"

"Really good place "

"Excellent"

"Amazing place, the pool was nice."

"This property was set on a beautiful black sand beach the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating and helped with any concerns I would highly recommend this resort"

"was excellent"

"Nobody speaks English in the hotel. The music was too noisy every evening."

"This is our fourth time staying at Maya Jade, we love it. It’s private and quiet. The pools are great. We will stay here again. We live in Alaska and we will fly to Guatemala just to stay here."

"Great location. Good price. Recommended."

"Overall it is a very nice resort and the free morning breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint about is that two of the pools and jacuzzi were not filled or functional. Make sure you get an air conditioned room otherwise you have no privacy. The walls do not go to the ceiling and everyone in the Resturant can hear you in the room and your bathroom. It could lead to an embarrassing moment."

"Everything was great staff in attendance was amazing"

"The staff we really nice."

"La habitación es muy amplia y las camas muy cómodas, todo nuevo y limpio. Está ubicado a unas 2 cuadras de la playa pero el acceso es fácil. El parqueo es en el exterior de la propiedad pero es una zona bastante segura. El personal es muy amable y atento. Me gustó todo excepto que ponen música a todo volumen TODO el día por lo que no se puede descansar. Elegí el hotel por la piscina pero no la utilizamos ya que se veía sucia y me dio desconfianza."
