"The view is astounding, the resort is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was gorgeous with great amenities like a mini fridge, quality hair dryer and a tub! We enjoyed the room service. Most of the food was excellent. The cocktails and beer prices are a little steep. Loved the pools and the beach! Overall, a great stay."

"My friends and I stayed at the Sheraton in San Juan this weekend, and we had an amazing time! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location with easy access to restaurants, nightlife, and local attractions. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made our trip even more enjoyable. We truly had a ball and created unforgettable memories. "Worth it! Beautiful hotel. I was concerned about the price; however, the staff, location, and amenities make it feel worth it. Everyone was respectful and welcoming. If you’re used to an all-inclusive this hotel is not that experience. It’s also not a 5 star hotel but a good entry point into that experience.
