"We had an amazing stay! The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming — they truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our visit. Everyone we interacted with was so kind, attentive, and accommodating. You can really tell they care about their guests. The entirety of the premises were exceptionally clean specially the rooms.. I would definitely recommend staying at the Vanderbilt in Condado PR!"

"My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we could not have asked for a better resort to enjoy our time! You have your own village pretty much with a gigantic, refreshing pool with a swim up bar. 30 yards from the pool is your own secluded beach front where you can rent kayaks and enjoy bonfires. The rooms are top notch with great staff to keep everything clean and restocked. The grounds and amenities are perfect along with amazing restaurants and a gift shop with all your needs staying open until 10 PM. This was our first experience in Puerto Rico and we can’t wait to get back and visit. "

"Everything was perfect but my actual complaint is the price for the washer and dryer is a little high $5 per wash and dry for each usage. Breakfast was always on time, fresh and kept refreshing continuously until 30 minutes before it finished. They have computers to use 24hrs that work well and have a section that’s like a mini store that sells everything from snacks to different medications. Restaurant, bars, and souvenir shops at walking distance. Walmart 5-8 minutes away and a beach to take sun 2 minute walk, swim at your own risk."
