Rooftop pool and bar very enjoyable. Rooms are very clean, mattress and bedding comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good with different options daily. Lechon was very delicious never thought of it as a breakfast item but enjoyed every last bite. The Staff was always very helpful with everything. Thank you Hue hotel staff you made our stay very enjoyable.

The room was great and the view would have been great because of the big beautiful trees, but the run down buildings next to their property ruined the view. For the most part the staff was great. There was this one incident where I was standing at the desk waiting for the staff to finish with a guest in front of us. Along came a rude lady just as he finishes with that guest and cut in front of us. The staff just went straight to her and helped her, leaving us standing there. There is nothing worse than rude people..

My wife was lied to by the staff while i was waiting on the Van to pick me up at the airport. My son and I both watched the Van drive away and the staff was telling my wife the driver is waiting on us. it took him about 40 minutes to return. while getting from the staff he is waiting on me in this area.

Great for a night before heading to the airport
This hotel was very nice and the staff was great and very helpful. It's pretty close to the airport which was great for a relaxing stay prior to a flight out.

The receptionist is excellent her name is Abby! She is above and beyond with our needs and questions around the area. Everyone are very friendly. My husband only ate fruits the chef find a way to get more fruits for him specifically.

The check in was welcoming with a friendly staff. The restaurant is severely lacking. Bad service in the restaurant with undercooked and horrible food. The service in the restaurant wasn’t personable. A good motel for short stays. Just stay away from the restaurant.

The hotel is close to the shopping mall so finding a place to eat was not an issue, staff were friendly and helpful when you need assistance getting transport or directions. However, the could use some upgrades, I.e., treadmill, elliptical machine.

Very nice fairly priced property with sizable rooms, all the amenities, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate but nothing to write home about. I was a bit surprised when they indicated I would have to pay a fee in the event of a lost room key card (fortunately I didn’t lose it). Next to Robinson’s mall and a 300 peso taxi ride from the airport

The hotel and staff are great. the last two times I stayed there the SPA has given our slots to walk in customers instead of the appointments that we made. I go for a full service hotel and I do not get what i am looking for because of the spa.

Delightful hotel with friendly staff
Lovely hotel with nice pool. Very friendly staff. Recommend booking excursions from the friendly staff here. Right beside mall (otherwise not much close to hotel). Vans constantly passing - 10 / 15 peso to go downtown (no need to take a trike as they aren't allowed on the main road and will rip off foreigners.)

The hotel was perfectly located close to downtown puerto princesa. It was close to the airport other places for shopping and eating. They offered paid tours at the front desk lobby which was very convienient if you want to visit the underground river. They also provided me the best and most affordable massage/spa experience I've ever had. (Seriously I had a signature massage that lasted 2 hours and I almost fell asleep) Unfortunately, the food options were lacking, and what was available was mediocre at best and borderline disgusting at worst. The gym might be the most disappointing feature of my whole stay. No bench, squat rack, weight machines, or treadmill. There was a stationary bike that looked liked it was bought in the 1940's (It had no monitor, the metal had chipped paint and rust on it.) I stayed 3 nights here and took full advantage of what they offered. If your looking for a last minute hotel close to other sites this spot is decent.

Fantastic Place for a Short Break!
Good location, friendly and helpful staff and nice breakfast spread with new food choices every day (they also serve great brewed coffee; just ask for Richard of Laud).

We stayed at the Hue hotel in Boracay, so it was natural move that we stayed at the Hue Hotel in Puerto in Princesa. Upon arrival they came out with four fresh cucumber, lemonade, drinks. Top-notch service. Everybody was completely friendly, helpful, just plain wonderful. We used it as a stopping off place to go to El Nido. You can go through the hotel to find anything that you need to rent. For one day, we rented scooters to go out to a local beach. Great service from the scooter company. However, we did not go through the hotel for our van service to El Nido and there was a difference in pricing once we arrived in ElNido. Had we gone through the hotel I think it would’ve been a very consistent pricing experience.

I didn’t like the fact that the receptionist had to deal with the customer’s complaints/ issues, it could have been handled by her/his supervisor so she could get on with the next customer. The line was filing up to check in and out.

The staff was great, it's a 10 minute tuktuk from the bar area and activities. Perfectly located though right next to the Robinson mall though! The hotel offered free night shows too which was cool. Their airport shuttle is pricey since it's per person. For a last minute booking it was great though!

Glad I found this place. Great central location right next to mall. Loved the design and quality of the hotel and service was awesome. Did the underground river tour super cool and amazing tour guide Jake was the next. So informative and funny entertaining guy. Would stay here again and highly recommend it. Loved the breakfast buffet as well!!

Bed was comfortable. The size of the room is ok but there was a smell inside the bathroom where the toilet bowl is located. Shower room is separate from the toilet and sink is inside the room which is ok especially when you are 2 in the room. The pool is ok. We had a massage during our stay and it was great.
