Disliked: Room comfort, communication
Got moved to a different room due to a water leak. Accidents happen but we paid extra to get a ground floor unit and the room we got moved to was a complete dump. Cheap furniture, uncomfortable mattresses and the hotel only offered us a $35 coupon to a completely different resorts’ restaurant as compensation. Casago rooms are always dirty, cheap and poorly maintained. I would never recommend a room rented by Casago.
