So beautiful. So amazing. I was a bit nervous coming to this place in the middle of the jungle but I had zero worries there.

I loved this hotel so much, I booked my next stay in 2 months. This place so serene I could make this a yearly trip. I was able to relax and reboot! The staff was so helpful. i read another review which stated a limited menu however, I think the menu is perfect. There were a variety of meats, fruits, and vegetables. As an added bonus there is a cenote on the property. The grounds are well kept and the amenities are abundant.

If you want to get away and relax this is the place to do it. Their service is amazing and everything is done with so much intention that it truly is a magical place. Plus who doesn’t want to swim in their own cenote.

We loved our stay at the premium bubble! The place is small and intimate. The bubbles are clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I definitely plan to be back soon. Thank you for making our stay a great and comfortable one!

This place is absolutely lovely!!! We only had one night, unfortunately on our way further south, but we will definitely be back, maybe even this year. The bubbles are so unique and beautiful inside and are really peaceful and romantic no matter the weather (it rained while we were there and the sound of the rain on the bubble was enchanting). There is a private cenote right on the property and a temazcal (type of sweat lodge) that you can use. The on-site restaurant is fantastic and the pool space is beautiful too. Each bubble is completely private and even have their mini pools! Personally, I would strongly recommend getting one with the bathtub... It's also only about a 45 min drive from the cancun airport so it's real easy to get to (just don't rent a car from America car rental!!!). TLDR: Oom is perfect.

Just overall tremendous. Staff was amazing property was impeccable. If you are spending a week in an all inclusive in tge area treat yourself to a touch of perfection.

In a word - peaceful. I cant imagine anyone not unwinding here. I know I will be back. There is a refreshing cenote on the property and a commerical one just a short walk down the road. There is a pool with sun beds, hammocks, and a sweat chamber too. There is a telescope to see the stars. The only things to improve would be to add a chair in the rooms. As well as add a few more items to the dinner menu

El Hotel Oom Bubble es una experiencia diferente y original. En verdad los cuartos tipo burbuja lo tienen todo, con todas las comodidades, pero además con la experiencia única de tener todo transparente, el cielo, los alrededores, pero con total privacidad. Nos encantó la experiencia y recomendamos mucho el hotel, vale la pena hospedarse y vivir algo único. Felicidades

Es un lugar fuera de lo común, te da una sensación de experiencia única, es muy relajante para disfrutar en toda calma. La atención y servicio fue de primera, siempre muy atentos para que la experiencia fuera especial.
