The level of service provided was truly exceptional. Every member of the staff was dedicated, hardworking, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. Not only was the service outstanding, but the property itself was also immaculately maintained. Cleanliness and upkeep were evident in every corner, making for a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. It was a nice resort all-inclusive, not bad for price. Adult only but the pool didn't play music and closed early. The staff treats you like royalty because they are trying to sell you on being a member. Go to the meeting and if you decline they drop you like nothing. Lost our concierge and staff who lead tour acted like they didn't know us. Resort was nice I would stay again. 7/10 staff

Food selection was not as good as I would like or have experienced in other resorts. Main dining area, protein was scarce, no flavour, cold and was the same every day. I went for breakfast and there was no sausage or bacon for a good portion of my breakfast. Then Dinner came, very little selection of proteins. It felt like the resort prioritized cheap carb loaded food over wholesome filling protein. Saying that, probably the best desserts i have had in any resort. The service was either slow or unorganized. Not sure, we waited 15 minutes to get water and then I noticed in the same time, another table was seated and got their drink orders right away. Bar Services were good and efficient. The adult only aspect of our reservations, wasnt sure why this was advertised this way, if you want a better experience you needed to leave the adult only to go to the general population area, especially if you like the sswim up bar option. "el Beso" what ever, not worth it.

With 4 pools designated to different lifestyles it tailors towards most guests. Wasn’t blown away by the food but it was good. The staff was very polite and willing to help. Our room was very nice looking but could for sure use a new mattress. Also felt like we had a previous smoker room or maybe our neighbors smoked heavily. Not very enjoyable.

We stayed at El Beso adult section for 15 nights. The property is lovely. This is a beautiful resort with great pools, beach and restaurants. Room was big and well maintain with great cleaning service. All staff were so friendly and so helpful. Big thanks to Joanna from Bistro, Javier from Italian restaurant, Jorge from Mexican restaurant. Special thanks to Katia Torrez who made our stay unforgettable and more enjoyable from first minute of our arrival to the last minute of our departure. Thank you Katia to be so professional and so polite. For sure this resort is top one of the best in our list. We will definitely come back again next year.

My family LOVES this resort! we go back every year. The entire staff, go above and beyond to make our vacation memorable. Especially Katia, our host, via our booking. Also, they have managed to keep it clean and clear ( dealing with the seaweed issue, that has plagued much of the Caribbean) their beach was beautiful! We have traveled up and down the coast of Mexico. Not only is it a beautiful country, but the people are just as wonderful! Thank you all again from the bottom of our hearts. Lush & Beautiful sprawling property. So if walking is an issue I wouldn’t recommend. Loved the space and 3 pools never felt crowded. Loved how they had an adults only pool & restaurants. Lots of food options and my gluten free friend happy with the ease of accommodations ordering. Best live singers for entertainment out of any resort I’ve been to. If you like good food, great staff & a relaxing time this is the place for you!

The food here at best is HORRIBLE. Cold or old, salads and eggs were good. Everyone we met said the same. Had 2 ok meals the whole timed. Cats all over, including walking in the restaurants and begging at your table. Pool bar was good, and met some great employees from the Front Desk to the Egg Station

I booked my trip with Expedia and my transport to the resort was not included and I only can find out that information after I booked my vacation. The airline airflair first time I ever traveled with I had to pay my one luggage $102.00 there and back so in total it cost me $204.00 The flight was delayed for 3 hours on our way to Mexico and delayed again 1 hour on our way back. This resort is not all adults only it is only a quiet area, everything else is in the family section such as entertainment and all of the restaurants. The bar at the adults only closes at 4pm so you would have to go walk to the other family side to get a drink. For the amount of money I paid for I would say I was ripped off from Expedia not worth it at all. The only positive thing I could say that it would be good for a family trip that’s it and it is far from everything if you wanted to walk around or go shopping or go to different restaurants.

We loved that there was something for all walks of life. Be it party by the main pool, relax by the adults only pool, have fun with the kids at the family pool or just be a beach bum by the ocean. The food was amazing also another one for each and every individual. They had buffet and about 6 sit down restaurants. the Brazilian & Blue moon were our favs. We had a concierge service through with Katia and let me tell you, i would ask to be looked after by her every time. what ever we needed katia was there to assist. She truly made it an unforgettable time for my wife and i. They do ask if you would like to join there time share within there hotel chains they have all around the world but in no way where they pushy about you joining once we told them our situation and that we are not interested they let us enjoy our trip with no follow ups.

I had such an amazing experience since the beginning. I’ve been to so many nice and fancy hotels all over the World but I can tell you that no one ever exceed my expectations like this one. Not only because of the property itself but because of the VIP butler service. Carlos was my butler during my stay and he was beyond, making sure I had dinner reservations for every single night and always in touch with me to check if I needed anything. I’ve never been so spoiled in a vacation stay like I had at this hotel, and I think most of it was because of the high level of professionalism from Carlos. My recommendation is that if you can hire the Privilege package, you’ll make your experience in a way other level. I will definitely return to this resort. Also need to mention that Ricardo at the pool always made sure I had drinks and Jose was so nice to make sure my pool chair was properly setup.

The concierge service provided by Expedia was fantastic. Overall, a decent hotel; however, you are constantly being approached about time share options. We stayed away from the lobby bars and lobby seating due to this. Food is ok; there was nothing that really knocked our socks off. We booked El Beso and upgraded to Privilege. Privilege lounge had good service, decent food/drink options. I would definitely go privilege again. No issues with our room at all. Plenty of seating at the pools and beach. Staff was attentive to anything we asked.

My wife and I celebrated our honeymoon at El Beso Adults Only. We loved our stay! The room was fantastic, and the cleaning staff did a great job everyday at freshening up our room. We enjoyed the ocean, despite some of the sargassum, and we definitely enjoyed the pools. Especially the Adults Only pool which had more privacy and lots of chairs/shade available. One of our favourite aspects was the attentiveness of staff, who were very invested in each customer in providing a great experience. They were extremely polite, friendly, and intentional throughout our stay. The meals were excellent, I highly recommend Terraza Italia, Blue Moon, Bistro El Beso, and Oriental Sensai. Some people complained in reviews about inability to book at these places, but we never had an issue, and always were able to eat at whatever restaurant we wanted. For the price we definitely felt we got more than our money’s worth, and I would recommend to anybody looking for an affordable vacation!!

It was beautiful but the elevator did not work. We were on the third floor. This was difficult for us up and down each day and with luggage. Other than that, spectacular for the money. The people are wonderful.

There were so many options for places to eat and things to do. The overall service was very good and two people who really stood out to us were johana and Cristina the hostesses at el beso and casa del mar - they were so personable and welcoming. We were assigned Katia as a person to go to for help throughout our stay. Any questions we had, or suggestions we needed she would be available to assist us. Katia would offer help whenever possible. She was magnificent!!
