"Beautiful view from property. Staff seemed disinterested, and not overly happy to correct our booking to a twin room. Radiator in room broken/not functioning. No shuttle service to town, a bit far to walk 2kms return in the dark and cold conditions. Property restaurant dinner appeared to be reheated - not freshly made, food was not heated through and not very appealing. Breakfast was cold food only - extra charge for eggs."

"Nice hotel and great staff. The young lady at reception arranged tours and was very helpful. There's only one restaurant closeby that serves dinner. For other meals and supermarkets, walk 20 mins to centro so location is not that great of you don't have a vehicle. Otherwise a pleasant stay."

"The hotel is conveniently located by the bus terminal and within walking distance to the main street of the town. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They can show you how to get to the city center and recommend restaurants. The room is spacious and clean. Overall it was a great stay and would love to come back again."
