Centrally located but in poor condition

Cheap and centrally located close to the bus terminal. There is no reception desk or lobby, or a bar, only four apartments in an unfinished building. You have to call the manager for him to come and give you the key. Maybe I was unlucky, but when I got in the apartment, water was dripping from the ceiling and it smelled bad. The manager got up on the roof and the dripping stopped, and the smell got better after running some water in the sink.

Zum Teil Grenzwertig was die Sauberkeit im Detail angeht. Dichtungen Kühlschrank, Silikon-Dichtungen Bad, Toilettenbürste!! Sanitärarmaturen. Dicke Staubschicht auf den Bilderrahmen. Ansonsten Standard-Ausstattung ok und ausreichend Platz.

soggiorno splendido a Fuerteventura.

Mi sono trovato benissimo. Tutto come descritto. Ottimo il servizio di navetta gratuita per l'aeroporto ,puntualita e cortesia. l'appartamento pulito , perfettamente organizzato e vicino a tutti i servizi. Tornerò presto a Fuerteventura (isola fantastica) e sicuramente soggiornerò in questo appartamento , che personalmente raccomando.

Guter Preis, dünne Wände

Prinzipiell gutes Apartment für den Preis. Leider sind die Fenster und Wände nicht gerade schalldicht gewesen - unter dem Apartment befindet sich nämlich eine Burgerbude, in der sich jeden Tag einige Einheimische im Hinterzimmer, dessen Fenster und Türe genau in denselben Lichtschacht gehen wie das Schlafzimmerfenster des Apartments, ansaufen (bis ca. 24 Uhr). Durch die Schlafzimmerwand wurde ich auch einmal vom Wecker unserer Apartmentnachbarn geweckt... Lüften sollte man oft, da es teilweise etwas eigenwillig riecht. Allgemein auch schon etwas abgewohnt, die Dusche könnte auch einmal wieder erneuert werden. Sonst aber nettes, gemütliches Appartement, Bett, Schränke etc. haben gepasst. Rund ums Apartment gibt es überall kleinere Lebensmittelgeschäfte, einen größeren Supermarkt, haufenweise Bars / Cafeterias / Restaurants. Allgemein ist es in Puerto Rosario sicher angenehmer als in den extremen Touristenstädten Morro Jable und Corralejo.
