"Very beautiful hotel and garden. Excellent service and food. I had pain in soles of the feet but became much better with reflexology at the spa. Without asking I got a free upgrade to an ambassador suite and a bottle of very good red wine. "

"Hotel was really nice and the views from the rooms are spectacular. It does feel a bit dated in places and the food at the buffet was often cold - also not very good at catering for vegetarians as there is a lot of careless cross contamination both by guests and staff. Overall for the lower price for a hotel, did not expect amazing as you get what you pay for and we were happy with the stay for a couple of nights "

"Just back from a week's stay, big hotel but you never get the feeling of being crowded. Our room had a kitchenette, which had enough equipment to make simple dinners & breakfasts. No air conditioning in the room, but not a problem as was cool in evenings/overnight. The staff were very helpful - overall a great place to stay in a nice part of Tenerife."

"The service was absolutely amazing throughout the hotel - every single person was so friendly. The building I stayed in (as there are several around the property) was a bit old and needed refurbishment. The walls were quite thin - I could hear my neighbor's alarm in the mornings. However, for the amount of money I paid it was still a very good deal and was good value. The garden around the footpaths was also lovely. The location is easy as well - I didn't have a car and only used the buses on...

"Well worth the money paid for. Food choices very basic for all inclusive but enough to have a go at. Drinks, both alcoholic and non alcoholic, were bang on. Staff at the bars were sound, receptionists also (bar one man). Wouldn’t bring my family, much more of a friend’s few days away, as limited for kids."
