"We loved this resort. Rooms were great, we booked two privileged level rooms. They were so clean. The staff were friendly. Food was delicious. Suggestion to be sure to book your reservations for dinner’s the night you get there for the whole time. We were able to get into three reservations. And we did have dinner one night at Beloved. We spent a day at each of the five pools. Loved the two swim up bars. Make sure to check the theatre schedule as we found the shows to also be worth it. Great selection of items in both of the shops as well. We also loved that we could walk to the marina. Enjoyed watching the dolphins and eating at the burrito restaurant. We were able to swim at the beach without beach shoes, although it is a little rocky in spots. I would recommend taking a snorkel and mask as we purchased one there. There are a lot of fish to see just at the resort in the ocean. Definitely would recommend this resort. "

"When we arrived there had been no hot water for a week we were offered to go elsewhere but we feel like the staff are family so we opted to stay … I had read some reviews out of curiosity they were terrible “fighting cursing loud music” we never experienced any of that absolutely love the place❤️headed back in April🏖️"

"Very much enjoyed our group trip at the Grand Palladium Kantenah this past November! Leilanie did a wonderful job as our concierge and was very helpful through WhatsApp communication during the day. A la Carte's were relatively straightforward to book as long as it was few days in advance for our group of 5. The steak house and Japanese were favorites for us. Lots of activities around the resort, just be prepared to find a lot of tiny mosquitos around the mini golf area. The evening entertainment was the best I've experienced at a Mexico resort. It was nice to see the shows that are not just catered for kids. This definitely made up for the lack of a disco, as the Colonial lobby remained a busy hub well into the evening every single night! Buffet food was okay but not a highlight. Would be nice if there was a bit of variation day to day but everything was on par with the general resort experience. Would definitively recommend and return in the future!"
