"The property was very clean, the staff was very helpful and there was someone always available for English speakers. A couple times my coffee and tea wasn’t replenished during my five day stay but it wasn’t a deal breaker. There are drug stores, shopping centers, and a convenience store very near the property. My room was thoroughly cleaned, the wi-fi worked very well, there are even English television channels. The breakfasts were very good with fresh fruit, cereal, proteins, and rice dishes daily. You can also get eggs to order. I ordered room service one time and it was very good. The pool is on the roof, small but it serves the purpose. There is a gym however I didn’t use it."

"I booked this place after my flight to Bogota was canceled, I had no other option than to go to a hotel for the night. This was a bit pricier than anything else I saw in the area, it was very comfortable and luxurious. I was also able to get room service late at night. My stomach wasn't feeling great, the room service options all worked well for my condition. The next day I realized it would take one more day to fly to Bogota so I booked a second night."

"The property is stunning and my room was very nice. No one speaks English and this made a few things difficult to navigate with some of the staff being more friendly than others. It was disappointing to see my breakfast was nicer and my room was much cleaner when a friend from Colombia joined later. If you want to be left alone in very beautiful scenery, I highly recommend as an American. Very couple, kids and dog friendly but doesn't feel like a resort."
