El desayuno es lo que definitivamente se lleva la corona al peor que he comido jamás… huevos revueltos de mal aspecto y fríos, chilaquiles con salsa verde incomible de lo ácida que está, frijoles sin sabor y la variedad está para llorar, por 59 pesos puedes pedir platillos tipo waffles, pero ya no nos quisimos arriesgar al mal sabor."

"The location and facilities were pleasant, however the service by the staff was horrendous. Staff was very negative and rude when they finally acknowledged guests. They made us feel as if we were an inconvenience to them. They were not willing to even step up to the standards of hospitability of offering options. Very poor attitude by staff. My family has been going to Carrizal for over 60 years and will continue their visits, however it's disappointing that we can't expect better service. ...

"At our arrival they intent to charge us more for taxes(16%), had to open my reservation to show them, don't have a restaurant and the nearest is 1/2Km. walking only, the room was infested with bugs even a snake after we had two nights, we were bitten by bugs every were, they never change the sheets during our 4 nights stay, intent to cancel and didn't want to give us credit. Very bad experience would give them -0."
