"Las habitaciones estaban limpias y el hotel era bueno; tal vez le vendría bien una pequeña renovación, especialmente en el mobiliario de las habitaciones. Algo que no me gustó fue que, cada vez que limpiaban la habitación, no dejaban el aire acondicionado encendido. Nos habría encantado encontrar la habitación fresca al llegar, en lugar de tener que esperar a que se enfriara, especialmente viniendo de un clima caluroso. El restaurante estaba muy limpio y el servicio fue muy bueno. Debo decir que todo el personal de servicio fue excelente, pero Nancy se mostró especialmente atenta y servicial cuando tuvimos dudas sobre la comida; además, lo que ella nos recomendó estaba delicioso. Le doy más de 5 estrellas por su atención. La ubicación del hotel era muy buena, cerca de todos los puntos de nuestro viaje; lo recomiendo. Algo que podrían añadir a sus servicios es un servicio de lavandería; sería una gran incorporación. En general, si alguna vez volvemos a Ciudad Valles, elegiremos el Hotel Plaza Elite."
