"What stood out to me was the compassion I experienced with one of the staff. I work with the dept of defense and got to the hotel after breakfast. I was tired from a long shift and was hungry on the morning of the 28th. The guy at the desk was cleaning the breakfast lounge and I approached him to check to know if there was any breakfast available and he went into their kitchen and prepared something for me to eat. Wow!!! I was impressed by his kindness and the compassion and dedication to taking care of his customers. Well appreciated."
